Imran has founded and owned technology solutions companies in Manhattan, New York with primary focus on fortune 500 clients in the Wall Street Area. His companies have designed, built, managed and maintained high speed trading and ATM networks & built software solutions for high profile clients like Ameritrade, Datek Online, Island ECN, Thompson Financials and many other major Wall Street banks. Imran is also a former restaurant chain owner who’s developed, operated, bought and sold franchises, gas stations, C-stores, restaurants, supermarkets and commercial real estate. Imran has personally bought, sold, owned and operated several national franchises. Imran has first-hand experience of technology, retail, business brokerage, franchising and many other businesses.

KNZ Brokers is the outcome of Imran’s vast experience in software technology, business brokerage, commercial real estate and

Senior Vice President Sales and Marketing Wayne Jordan is a Virginia-licensed Auctioneer (#3481), Certified Personal Property Appraiser, and Accredited Business Broker.

His Auctioneering travels have taken him across the U.S. from Florida to Alaska, and internationally to sixteen countries from Russia to Panama. He has sold a variety of goods at auction: cars, real estate, jewelry, fine art, antiques, business assets, and estate property.

It was through working with Estate Executors that Wayne learned the importance of exit planning for business owners. Wayne believes that KNZ is uniquely positioned to provide the technology and experience to guide business owners through the exit planning process.

As a Business Broker, Wayne has written and executed exit plans for restaurants, convenience stores, trucking companies, beauty salons, service shops, art galleries, antique stores, and more. Wayne is a regular columnist for Antique Trader Magazine.

He has held the professional designations of Certified Estate Specialist; Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate; Certified Auction Specialist, Residential Real Estate and Accredited Business Broker. He has held state licenses in Real Estate and Insurance.

Wayne is a former Baldwin piano dealer, with stores in Annapolis, MD and Salisbury, MD. Concurrently, Wayne owned Jordan’s Claims Service which specialized in damage claims for retailers, manufacturers and van lines, and Ramsey Refinishers, an 8500sf refinishing and restoration shop for pianos and antiques. Wayne's work can be found in the Museum of Virginia Military Institute, the Maryland Governor's Mansion, and fine homes and institutions throughout the Mid Atlantic states.
